The PH Bidding Group is a division of Plan House, LLC, which was established in 2007. PH Bidding provides custom software solutions to assist in electronic bidding and procurement for governing authorities, school districts, and the building industry. Our mission at PH Bidding is to provide the most efficient methods of bid management and reduce the burden of the bid process by providing the most innovative bid management solutions with unrivaled customer service.
Our History
Founder, Scott Eaves, opened our first storefront in Gulfport, Mississippi in 2007. With over a decade of experience in the reprographics industry, Eaves set out to provide architects, engineering firms and construction companies with a superior approach to handling document management and distribution of project documents. This led to the development of what is now the premier printing and bid management company in the state of Mississippi.
We opened our second office in Tupelo, MS in 2008. Eaves saw an opportunity to expand our mission to Northeast MS by partnering with Toyota and assisting its development team with the distribution and management of construction documents for the Toyota Manufacturing plant in Blue Springs, MS. In doing so, he was able to quickly establish a name in this region and offer services to the entire ongoing building industry in the North Mississippi area.
Our third location opened its doors in Hattiesburg, MS, in 2010. This opening provided an opportunity for us to fill a void in local document management market. In doing so, we have been able to assist design and construction firms in the Pine Belt and Central Mississippi with their online bidding and document management needs.
In 2011, PH Bidding was established to began assisting a wide range of clients with custom electronic bidding solutions. Our expertise in customizing web portals and providing our customers the ability to host bidding projects, RFP’s and reverse auctions has enabled our continual growth in this evolving bid market.
